Section 2. Object: The object and purpose of the Souderton Area Hockey Association shall be:
- To unite for mutual benefit those, who as individuals, are eligible for membership as specified under Article II.
- To provide for and develop and to stimulate the learning and enjoyment of youth ice hockey and education of its members.
The organization is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and/or scientific purposes under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code
